Event terms

Photography and filming

Video recordings and photographs may be taken during the event. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in event media used for reasonable promotional purposes. Speak to an event organiser on arrival if you have a concern.

Responsibility for dogs

Owners and handlers remain responsible for their dogs at all times. Dogs must be kept under control, supervised and cared for appropriately. Owners must clean up after their dogs immediately.

Health and welfare

Do not bring a dog that is unwell, highly stressed by crowds or likely to present a risk to other visitors or animals. Event organisers may require a dog to leave where this is reasonably necessary for safety or welfare.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded. Attendees remain responsible for their own property and for losses or damage caused by dogs in their care.

Final terms

Full ticket, cancellation, refund, admission and event rules must be published before ticket sales open. This page should be legally reviewed before launch.
